Sometimes we don’t need to keep the “password complexity”, so to disable the Windows Server 2016 local security policy simply click on Windows in the bottom left-hand corner:

Select: Windows Administrative Tools

Select : Local security strategy

Select :

Account strategy => Password strategy => “Password must meet complexity requirements

Disable option

You can now choose any password you like
